Day 3 – 11th June – Middlewich to the Shady Oak

Today they set off from the Wardle canal at Middlewich travelling together along the Shropshire Union Middlewich arm to Barbridge junction finishing for the evening at the Shady Oak Pub.
They camped at a private Canal side mooring near Hurleston 
During the day they wrestled a total of 9 locks to contend with (including 1 double)
