Day 1 – 9th June – Marple to Congleton

The team were to meet from 7 am with a start time of just after 7.30 am at the Ring of Bells Pub car park.  This is the nearest location we can get to the canal at Marple.This is the nearest location to the canal at Marple.

The day concluded near Congleton wharf,  then the team headed to the road the short distance from the towpath to load the gear and transport to get to the Masonic hall.
